Production: Where ideas become steel.
Our shop floor runs a lineup of state-of-the-art mills, lathes, and mill-turn CNC machines, with operators, machinists, and programmers working side by side. This is where the concepts born in R&D become real parts. There's a variety of schedules, plenty of room to learn, and a crew that takes real pride in making every component of a tool techs around the world rely on.
R&D: Solving the jobs nobody wants to do.
Every Tiger Tool starts with a problem: a job that's slow, unsafe, or just plain brutal. Our R&D team's work is finding robust, easy-to-use ways to fix it. If you like looking at a seized bushing and thinking "there's got to be a better way," you'll fit right in.
Warehouse: Where it all comes together.
Every Tiger Tool is hand-assembled right here. Our warehouse team handles assembly, quality control, and shipping, and we train you on the job to spot the smallest inconsistency before it ever reaches a customer. It's a small crew that works hard, looks out for each other, and always has something new to learn.
Office: Mission control.
Admin, accounting, sales, and marketing all meet here to make sure every order's right and every customer's taken care of. Open glass offices, real room to grow, a playlist that keeps everyone happy, and, more often than not, a box of donuts.
