Shipping

How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. In-stock items ordered Monday through Friday before 11 AM PST will begin processing, and often ship that same day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or stat holidays.

What happens if a tool I order is on backorder?

If an item is out of stock, you'll be notified by email or phone with three options: wait for the item to be restocked (the rest of your order ships at no extra cost), receive a refund on the backordered item and ship what's available, or cancel your order entirely for a full refund — including all shipping and handling charges. Your call, no hassle.

Do you ship to the United States or internationally?

Yes. Tiger Tool ships to Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. For questions about your specific location, contact us and we'll help you out.

Do you sell individual parts?

Yes. Replacement parts are listed directly on each product's page. If you're not finding what you need, reach out and we'll help you track it down.

How long do I have to return my Tiger Tool?

You have 60 days from the date of purchase if you choose to return your Tiger Tool. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You can start the process here. 

How do I return my Tiger Tool for warranty assessment?

Start by obtaining an RMA number — you can do that here. Once you have your RMA, we'll walk you through the rest of the process.

How long is my Tiger Tool covered under warranty?

Tiger Tool offers a Lifetime Warranty on its tools and a 2-year warranty on its hydraulic components. It warrants against defects in materials and workmanship to customers who purchase from Tiger Tool or its Authorized Dealer.
