Couldn't load pickup availability
This base tool is the foundation of the entire system. Built for heavy-duty shops, it works with any Pin & Bushing Adapter to service both rubber-isolated and threaded pins without removing the suspension from the vehicle. With 20 tons of controlled pulling power, it’s the pro-level solution trusted by techs who need consistent, repeatable results on the toughest commercial applications.
- 20 tons of pulling force for fast, controlled removal and installation
- Service pins and bushings on-vehicle. No suspension teardown required
- Built for Class 6–8 trucks and equipment
- Perfect foundation for a wide range of adapters
- Engineered for repeat, daily shop use—not a one-off specialty tool
- Machined, assembled, and tested in-house for uncompromising quality
- Designed for serious professionals who expect their tools to last
With the right adapter in place, the 15000 eliminates the old routine of pulling suspensions, hauling components to a shop press, and piecing everything back together. Most shops see up to a 70% reduction in time on pin and bushing service—an immediate gain in productivity and technician efficiency.
Adapters are sold individually so shops only invest in what they need, when they need it. With more than twenty available—and more being developed—this system continues to grow alongside the trucks you service.
Every component is built to handle real-world punishment. Each part is machined and assembled in-house, put through rigorous testing, and treated for long-term durability. Even the most seized, rusted, neglected pins don’t stand a chance.

How to Buy

FAQs
Yes, as long as your pump is rated for, but doesn’t exceed,10,000 psi.
Why are there empty spaces in my foam case?
Don’t worry, you are not missing anything! These spots are purposely left empty so you can store frequently used adapters in these places.
Do you offer combination kits (like the 15001) of the Pin and Bushing Starter Kit?
We do not. In the past, we combined multiple adapters into different combination kits however, this caused customers to get adapters they wouldn’t use. So, we now offer all our Pin & Bushing Adapter Kits individually, so you only get what you need - and nothing you don't.

Versatility matters. When you pick up a Pin & Bushing Base Tool, you’re tapping into a full ecosystem of application-specific adapters that are ready when you need them. It’s a system that grows with your shop and keeps you prepared for whatever rolls in next.
Keep it simple. And on the truck.
This system is built to get more done in a fraction of the time—cutting typical jobs by as much as 70%. The old routine of wrestling suspensions out from under the truck or wasting half the day with heat-and-beat tactics is long gone. With this setup, you’re moving faster, working cleaner, and keeping the hard labor where it belongs: in the past.
Built tough. Built to take it all on.
This system is trusted by thousands of technicians across North America who count on it to deliver the same rock-solid results every single time—no matter what rolls through the bay. Built for real-world shop conditions and the kind of jobs that don’t give second chances, it’s become the go-to solution for techs who want tools that work as hard as they do.
Our patented Pin & Bushing System is straightforward—what it’s capable of is anything but.
Depending on the adapter you’re using for the job, the system locks onto the pin in one of two ways.
The Pin & Bushing Base Tool
The 15000 Pin & Bushing Base Tool is the backbone of the system. It’s the first piece you need in place before choosing your bushing adapters and adding hydraulic power. Everything starts here.
Choose the Adapter that suit your needs
The Starter Kits need to be used in conjunction with any one of the available Adapters. Not sure what Adapter to buy? No problem - locate the bushing number on the bushing itself and input that number into the Adapter Finder.
Bring the system to life with real power
Pair your setup with a 10,000 PSI single-acting air pump from Freedom Hydraulics, and you’ve got all the power you need to drive the job home. It’s built to take on whatever the shop throws at it and keeps the whole system running smooth, steady, and strong.
Proudly engineered, built, and perfected right here in North America.
Quality isn’t an accident—it comes from keeping everything under one roof. The tools we build are trusted by technicians who keep fleets rolling and the world moving, and that kind of work doesn’t leave room for shortcuts. In today’s shops, consistency matters. Efficiency matters. Getting the job done right, every single time, matters.
That’s why we engineer and manufacture every part of the Pin & Bushing System ourselves. Total control means stronger processes, tighter tolerances, and tools that evolve with the industry—not lag behind it. We hold our work to a higher standard because techs depend on it. And so do we.
It’s simply better when it’s built here—by Tiger Tool.
