Your privacy is important to Tiger Tool International Incorporated (“Tiger Tool”). This Policy explains how Tiger Tool collects, uses, discloses, retains and deletes your personal information, including information collected through Tiger Tool’s website (currently www.tigertool.com) or when you deal directly with Tiger Tool representatives.
1. Your Consent
By providing Tiger Tool or its representatives with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, retention and deletion of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
If you are under the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you live (which in most jurisdictions is either 18 or 19 years of age), then your parent or legal guardian must register for Tiger Tool’s services on your behalf, and by doing so your parent or guardian consents, and confirms that you consent, to the collection, use, disclosure, retention and deletion of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
You may withdraw your consent to Tiger Tool’s use and disclosure of your personal information by submitting a written request to Tiger Tool’s Privacy Officer using the contact information noted below. If you withdraw your consent, then you might no longer be able to receive or use Tiger Tool’s services.
In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information about an identifiable individual.
2. How Tiger Tool Collects Personal Information
(a) Direct Collection:
You may be asked to voluntarily provide your personal information to Tiger Tool or its authorized representatives when you create a Tiger Tool account, or subscribe for Tiger Tool services (through Tiger Tool’s website), or when you are otherwise in contact with Tiger Tool, or its representatives. In those circumstances, you can choose not to provide certain requested personal information, but then you might not be able to create an account or subscribe for or use certain features of Tiger Tool’s website.

Tiger Tool’s website may automatically collect certain information regarding your use of the website, such as the dates and times you access Tiger Tool’s website and the browsers, operating systems and devices you use to access the website. Tiger Tool may use that information for various purposes, including to administer and improve Tiger Tool’s website.
Tiger Tool’s website and email messages may also use “cookies” and other similar technologies, such as web beacons, pixel or gif tags, and action tags. Those technologies collect information that assist Tiger Tool to improve Tiger Tool services, advertising and customer communications. Tiger Tool may provide location-based services, including marketing and promotions specific to your location and the calculation of prices in local currency. To do so, Tiger Tool collects and uses information regarding the geographic location of your computer or mobile device. If the location data contains your personal information, then Tiger Tool will treat the location data as personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If the location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you, then Tiger Tool will treat the location data as non-personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, provided that if the location data is considered personal information under your local laws then Tiger Tool will treat that data as personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. You may configure your computer or mobile device to either transmit or not transmit location data to Tiger Tool.
3. How Tiger Tool Uses Personal Information
Tiger Tool uses your personal information for various purposes, including: (a)to provide you with services (including the sending of commercial electronic messages that you have registered to receive from Tiger Tool; (b) to facilitate transactions and process your purchases for Tiger Tool products; (c) to contact and correspond with you regarding transactions; (d) to provide you with information regarding Tiger Tool’s announcements and promotions; (e) to process and respond to your specific suggestions, comments, inquiries and requests (including your feedback to Tiger Tool about Tiger Tool’s products), and to otherwise administer Tiger Tool’s relationship with you; (f) to administer and facilitate your participation in contests and promotions related to Tiger Tool’s products; (g) to create and manage your Tiger Tool account; (h) to facilitate the return of products for warranty repairs; and (i) to develop, deliver, and improve Tiger Tool’s products and advertising.
Tiger Tool may develop a confidential provide for you, which will be used to provide services to you and to facilitate your dealings with Tiger Tool.
Tiger Tool may combine your personal information collected through various sources, including information collected through Tiger Tool’s website.
Tiger Tool may use personal information to create non-personal information, and Tiger Tool may then use, disclose, transfer and retain the non-personal information as set forth below in this Privacy Policy.

4. How Tiger Tool Discloses Personal Information
(a) Law Enforcement/Legal Disclosures:
Your personal information may be subject to access by and disclosure to law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law. Tiger Tool may disclose your personal information as required or authorized by applicable law, including to comply with a subpoena, warrant or court or arbitral order, or litigation disclosure obligations. Tiger Tool may disclose your personal information to law enforcement authorities or other organizations if Tiger Tool reasonably believes the disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect and enforce Tiger Tool’s legal rights, interests and remedies or to protect the business, operations or customers of Tiger Tool or other persons. Tiger Tool has no control over, or responsibility or liability for, the use, disclosure, retention and deletion of your personal information by the agencies, organizations or other persons to whom Tiger Tool discloses the information in the foregoing circumstances, and the use, disclosure, retention and deletion of the disclosed information by those agencies, organizations or other persons is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
(b) Suppliers and Service Providers:
Tiger Tool may disclose your personal information to Tiger Tool’s suppliers and service providers to assist Tiger Tool in the provision of services to you, to provide products and services to Tiger Tool, to assist Tiger Tool to use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Tiger Tool requires its suppliers and service providers to agree to use your personal information only for the purposes for which the information is provided to them, and to protect the privacy of your personal information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
(c) Tiger Tool Business Transactions:
Tiger Tool may disclose your personal information in connection with a proposed or actual business transaction in which Tiger Tool is involved (such as a corporate reorganization, merger or acquisition, or the sale of some or all of Tiger Tool’s business or assets), but Tiger Tool will require that the information recipient agree to protect the privacy of your personal information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5. Location of Personal Information
Tiger Tool may process, store and use your personal information at facilities in various countries, including Canada and the United States of America. The personal information protection laws of those other countries might be different from the laws of jurisdiction in which you reside, and might permit courts, government, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies and security authorities to access your personal information. By providing Tiger Tool with your personal information, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to facilities located in other countries and the processing and storage of your personal information at those facilities.
6. Retention and Protection of Personal Information
Tiger Tool retains your personal information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or a longer period required or permitted by applicable law. Tiger Tool will delete or dispose of your personal information when Tiger Tool is no longer reasonably required to keep the information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Tiger Tool employs reasonable safeguards – including administrative, physical and technical security and safeguarding measures and solutions – appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in Tiger Tool’s possession or under Tiger Tool’s control in order to protect the information from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, disposal or similar risks. Nevertheless, security risks cannot be eliminated and Tiger Tool cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be used or disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
7. Accuracy and Access to Personal Information
Tiger Tool will rely on you to ensure that your personal information is as accurate, complete and up to date as necessary for the purposes of the services that Tiger Tool provides to you. You will promptly notify Tiger Tool of any changes to your personal information (including your Tiger Tool account information) using the procedures provided on Tiger Tool’s website or by contacting a Tiger Tool representative.
You may request access to your personal information and information about Tiger Tool’s collection, use, disclosure, retention and deletion of your personal information by submitting a written request to Tiger Tool’s Privacy Officer using the contact information noted below. Subject to applicable exceptions and limitations prescribed by applicable law, you will be given reasonable access to your personal information and you will be entitled to verify the accuracy and completeness of your personal information and to have it amended as appropriate. You may be required to pay a reasonable fee for access to your personal information.
8. Non-Personal Information
Tiger Tool creates or collects non-personal information (information that is not about an identifiable individual), including personal information that has been aggregated or otherwise anonymized so that it no longer relates to an identifiable individual. Tiger Tool may use, disclose, transfer and retain non-personal information for any purpose and in any manner whatsoever.
If non-personal information is combined with personal information, then the non-personal information will be treated as personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
9. Other Matters
(a) Business Contact Information: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provisions of this Privacy Policy concerning personal information do not apply to information (such as your name, position or title, business address, business telephone number, business fax number and business email address) that enables you to be contacted at a place of business.
(b) Website Terms and Conditions: The Terms and Conditions that you accept when you register for a Tiger Tool account contain important provisions, including provisions disclaiming, limiting or excluding Tiger Tool’s liability and provisions determining the applicable law and exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, each of those terms and conditions applies to any dispute that may arise in relation to this Privacy Policy or Tiger Tool’s collection, use, disclosure, retention and deletion of your personal information, and are of the same force and effect as if they had been reproduced directly in this Privacy Policy.
(c) Other Websites/Online Services: Tiger Tool’s website may contain links to other websites or online services. When you use those links, you are contacting another website or service. Tiger Tool has no responsibility or liability for, or control over, those other websites or service or their collection, use, disclosure, retention and deletion of your personal information. Please refer to the privacy policies and terms of use that apply to those other websites or online services.
(d) Former Users: If you cease using the Tiger Tool website, Tiger Tool may continue to use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
(e) Unsubscribing to Newsletters and Messages: You may unsubscribe from Tiger Tool’s commercial electronic messages by using the applicable unsubscribe procedure included in those messages or by contacting Tiger Tool at info@tigertool.com.

(h) Changes to this Policy: Tiger Tool may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a new version of this Privacy Policy on Tiger Tool’s website. Tiger Tool’s collection, use, disclosure, retention and deletion of your personal information will be governed by the version of this Privacy Policy in effect at that time. Your continued dealings with Tiger Tool subsequent to any change to this Privacy Policy will signify your consent to the collection, use, disclosure, retention and deletion of your personal information in accordance with the changed Privacy Policy. Accordingly, you should check the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy (at the top of this Policy) and review any changes since the last version.
