To submit a tool for warranty assessment, you must obtain an RMA number which can be done here.
How long do I have to return my Tiger Tool?
You have 60 days from the date of purchase if you choose to return your Tiger Tool. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You can start the process here.
